EMDR Therapy

Adults, Adolescents, and Children

Welcome

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a fast, effective treatment that works with memories of past or recent events. After taking part in this therapy, our emotions settle down, our thoughts get more reasonable, and we become more at peace with ourselves, others, and the world around us. We start to show up as who we really are.

An EMDR therapist, I provide service to adults, adolescents, and children in North Carolina, and I can guide you through this process of getting back to you.

EMDR is a research-supported therapeutic treatment model recognized by the American Psychiatric Association, the American Psychological Association, the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the US Department of Veterans Affairs, and the World Health Organization.

I provide EMDR therapy through a HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform in Wilmington, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham and statewide.
